Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club ("the Club") is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Division
The Membership and Customer Excellence (MCE) Division is responsible for delivering world-class experiences and deepening engagement across all customer segments. The team oversees operations of clubhouses, racecourses, and Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs), while enhancing member and owner value propositions and promoting interest in horse ownership and equestrian sports. It leads the Club’s customer experience strategy across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency, agility, and excellence. The Division also manages data strategy and governance to build a unified view of customers, enabling more personalised and impactful interactions.
Job Duties:
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, and responding to telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic records, ensuring timely updates and accessibility
• Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Assist with procurement processes, including maintaining records related to invoices, contracts, and purchasing documentation
• Provide logistical support for events and projects, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
• Maintain collaborative relationships across departments to facilitate smooth operations
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirement:
• Form 6 or above
• Professional manner on handling confidential information
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills and sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially on Microsoft Excel and Data Entry
• Good statistics analytical skill and business phone etiquette will be an asset
Hourly Pay:
$91.5/hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30; 2-3 days per week
