Project Coordinator (Design & Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
• Assist in project timelines, budgets, and quality standards-related documents and reports
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Graduated from Interior Design, Artchitecture, or Construction related disciplines with at least 3 years of related work experience will have an advantage
• Knowledge of site map and interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and good at numbers
• Independent with strong organizational and time management skills
• Responsible, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Cantonese and English
