Project Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all project planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of project.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, reporting any discrepancies to senior management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
• Provide onsite training to the clients for service onboarding
• Coordinate and manage T&C activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Work closely with external and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide administrative support and prepare project-related documents
• Undertake an ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, management or equivalent discipline
• With a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, good teamwork, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to travel within Hong Kong and work in irregular hours during the daytime
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferable
