Senior HR Officer

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle onboarding, monthly payroll and offboarding processes on time with high accuracy for the company
  • Supervise and train subordinates to work as a team to support the clients and company’s HR needs
  • Act as the HR consultant to provide HR outsourcing and consultation services to the clients
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, salary trends, leave and attendance performance for management review and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Admin teams for staff engagement activities to manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR roles
  • In-depth familiarity with payroll management and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms).
  • Proactive and responsible with strong time management and problem-solving skills to anticipate needs, meticulous attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability will have an advantage
