Material Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through client visits, trade shows, and networking in the architecture/interior design sectors.
  • Present product portfolios, demonstrate material applications, and customize solutions to meet client specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts, process orders, and ensure smooth delivery coordination with our operations team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales pipelines, and analyze market trends to optimize offerings.
  • Collaborate with project teams to upsell materials on ongoing jobs and provide post-sale support.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while upholding our commitment to sustainable, innovative craftsmanship.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction materials, interior finishes, or luxury goods.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent bilingual communication (Cantonese and English) for client pitches and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of decorative finishes or building materials is a plus; enthusiasm for design trends essential.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and MS Office.
  • Diploma or above in Sales, Marketing, or Business; a creative, results-oriented mindset.
