Operations and customer services coordinator (需有客戶服務經驗)(可Full time/Part time)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform ushering, crowd control and cloakroom duties, and to provide services in meeting hirers’ requirements of furniture and equipment.

2. Check and ensure that posters, leaflets and notices of daily functions displayed in City Hall and updated and in order

3. Manage the Enquiry Counter

4. Assist hirers with using the City Hall facilities and to make thorough inspection after the use of facilities

5. Carry out inspections and report irregularities to the senior officers

6. Perform and hoc duties assigned by senior officers whenever operational needs arise. Outdoor duties work may be required when necessary.



Requirements:

1. A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

2. Completed Secondary 5, or equivalent, and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

3. (For full time staff) At least 1 year’s full time post qualification working experience, and at least 1 year’s full time or part time working experience in customer services in arts and entertainment venues, museums or shopping malls

4. (For part time staff) At least 1 year's part time working experience in customer services in arts and entertainment venues, museums or shopping malls

5. Able to communicate in Cantonese and English; fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage

6. Have good understanding on customer relations and venue operations

7. Proficiency in computer software application including MS Word and Chinese Input Method 倉頡/速成

8. Independent, observant, motivated, customer-oriented, keen to learn with good interpersonal and communication skills

9. Physically fit and immediate availability will be an advantage


Full time: 上班時間: 0730-2330 (輪班), 每星期5-6天左右 (40-48hrs)

Part time: 上班時間: 0730-2330 (輪班), 每星期2天左右 (16hrs)
