Feral Pigeon Control Supervisor 野鴿控制主管

Responsibilities:

  • Opening new case folder for the complaint case both in soft and hard folder
  • Checking and updating the complaint case progress
  • Handling the office administrative work
  • Assisting in preparing the procurement and tender work
  • Assisting in preparing the documents for the publicity work
  • Replying to enquiries and handling with complaints if necessary
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Attain Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalen
  • Hold a diploma or above academic qualification in any discipline
  • Have experience of one (1) aggregate year in customer service within two (2) years prior to the original Quotation Closing Date
  • Be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, read and write Chinese and English
  • Be willing to contact people and animals (preferably with animal handling experience)
  • Be able to handle a considerable amount of complicated documents
  • Be able to handle database entry with efficiency
  • Inspect and sample live animals in the field if necessary
  • Be familiar with computer language and system framework development skilled in MS-Office software and preferably with some knowledge in computer system programming
