Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers via phone to remind them to update their information and provide relevant details
- Ensure a pleasant customer experience by providing accurate and timely information
- Follow established procedures and workflows to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Willingness to work shift duties for 4 - 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
- Working hours within 10:00-20:00
- Working locations: Tuen Mun or Shatin (near Shek Mun / Cityone Station)
Requirements:- HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or above
- Can do attitude, proactive and attention to detail with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Effective communication skills in Cantonese and proficiency in English and/or Mandarin are highly preferable
- Familiar with common PC software applications
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
