Part-Time Sales Administrator

Our client is a global manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process sample requests from customers
  • Coordinate with the regulatory team to obtain required documentation
  • Maintain and update customer product lists
  • Verify internal and external product codes for customer records
  • Assist in the distribution of samples to clients
  • Perform general administrative tasks and data checks

Role Details:

  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Option 1: 09:00 13:00
  • Option 2: 13:30 17:30
  • Salary Range: HKD 10,000 15,000/month

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate availability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in administrative support will be advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
