Our client is a prestigious French fragrance company, operating within the perfumery and FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support the preparation of financial reports including general ledger and monthly sales reports
- Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Use ERP/accounting systems to support inventory control and asset management
- Collaborate with the accounting team and regional offices on routine financial tasks
Administration
- Provide support in general administrative tasks and help ensure smooth daily office operations
- Coordinate with service providers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Prepare daily attendance records and assist with related reporting
What Were Looking For
- Diploma or higher qualification with LCCI Higher Level certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience, ideally with some exposure to the Asian market
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with guidance
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
