Responsibilities:
-	Overseeing appointments, treatment room readiness, equipment maintenance, and the smooth workflow of the spa
-	Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating massage therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and support staff
-	Resolving client complaints, personalizing treatment experiences, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
-	Managing invoices, inventory, and operational costs, while maximizing revenue
-	Designing campaigns, loyalty programs, or seasonal packages to attract new clients and retain existing ones
-	Ensuring adherence to health codes, hygiene standards, and local regulations
-	Liaise with managerial team for development and operation
-	Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-	5 years or more of relevant beauty management experience
-	Familiar with professional beauty knowledge
-	Experience working in beauty salons or SPA centre is highly preferred
-	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Cantonese and English (Good command in Mandarin is an advantage)
-	Leadership and problem-solving abilities
-	Skilled in decision-making, adaptable, and analytical
-	Strong sense of market trends in the beauty industry
