Job Descriptions:
- Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, etc
- Participate and coordinate in recruitment activities and exhibition
- Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations
- Ad hoc HR projects as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 1 years or above of all rounded working experience in human resources
- Proficient in HRIS system (eg. SAP, Flexsystem, IPL)
- Be a good team member, with independent, attention to details, flexible
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and word processing
