Responsibilities:
• Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, conducting new hired staff orientation, etc
• Data input and manage the HR system database and maintain employee record
• Participate and coordinate in recruitment activities, exhibition and career talks
• Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
• Good communication skills, attentive to details, positive and willing to learn
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
