Senior HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to build and retain good talent across diverse restaurants.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, workforce trends, and attendance performance for management review and strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with the Payroll Outsourcing company to handle monthly payroll processing, and resolution of payroll-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR Officer to address staff attendance matters, manage employee relations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide training to front-line supervisors on staff engagement and management
  • Oversee administrative works, including documentation, compliance with Hong Kong labor laws, office management, and operational support for restaurant teams.

Requirements

  • In-depth familiarity with F&B operations and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Proactive mindset with strong planning skills to anticipate needs, meticulous attention to detail, and good time management in a dynamic setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms).
  • Minimum 5 years in HR roles, ideally in F&B or hospitality; High Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
