Duties:
1) To carry out frequent periodic clearing of the out-trays in the office;
2) To perform reception duties (i.e. answering telephone calls, taking messages and receiving visitors)
3) To typco, photocopy, fax and email documents
4) To operate the franking machine and arrange for the postal services
5) To provide support in record management and disposal
6) To assist in handling monthly working stores
7) To provide general administrative support (e.g. boiling water, preparing stationery for
meetings, preparing case files)
8) To perform manual labour work, as and when required
9) To perform any other clerical duties as assigned by senior officers
Requirement:
(i) Be a permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and lawfully employable in Hong Kong
(ii) Attained Level 2 or equivalent (Note i)) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note (ii)), or equivalent; or Level 2 (Note (iii) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note ii)), or equivalent; or obtained a Higher Diploma/ Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or other post-secondary educational institutions, or equivalent
(iii) Have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
(iv) Have at least two (2) years full-time working experience in office administrative work (Previous working experience in the Government is a definite advantage)
v) Have good communication skills
vi) Be proficient in computer software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
vii) Having basic knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
Working Location: Tsuen Wan District
Working Hours: 09:00-18:00
Contract Period: November 2025 - November 2026 (12 months)
Salary: $780 per day
