Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily system operations of SmartPLAY. Coordinate and liaise with ITO and vendors on bug fixing issue
2. Provide system support to district management on system operations issues. Coordinate and liaise with vendors on Hotline and Helpdesk support services
3. Handle enquiries and complaints from public related to facilities booking and programme enrolment. Handle the enhancement and its related publicity matter for Training Course & Recreation Activity and programme
4. Handle the publicity matter for free use of leisure facilities
Requirements:
1. Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
2. Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
3. At least 2 years’ post-graduate working experience, preferably in government department or public bodies
4. Good Knowledge in common computer applications including MS Word and Excel
5. Preference will be given to candidates with 2-year IT project experience in government department or public bodies
6. Fluent Cantonese and good written Chinese and English
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Mature, polite, self-motivated and able to work independently
9. Perform shift duties as required
