General Clerk (將軍澳)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document scanning, photocopying, and systematic filing od records etc

2. Handle incoming and outgoing fax communications, ensuring proper documentation and distribution to relevant parties

3. Conduct both indoor and outdoor document/store deliveries, mail letters, sort and bind documents

4. Man the reception counter, including greeting visitors, maintaining visitor logs and handling incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette etc

5. Prepare meeting venues by setting up equipment and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Assist in post-meeting cleanup and documentation

6. Assist in maintaining and updating various databases



Requirements:

1. Completion of Secondary 5, or equivalent

2. Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

3. A typing speed of 25 and 35 wpm for Chinese and English respectively is required ( a computer test may be required)

4. At least two-year relevant working experience

5. Good command of both English and Chinese
