Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and attentive customer service to clients in a luxury retail environment
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products and offer product recommendations
- Handle daily store operations, including product display, cashier duties, and inventory management
- Maintain store tidiness and uphold the brand’s high standards
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements:
- Candidates with retail sales or high-end service experience (such as hotel front desk, frontline sales, flight attendant, etc.) are highly preferred
- Good command of both Mandarin and Cantonese
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and possess good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
