Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic buying plan to achieve with company's target and maximize market sales in Hong Kong
- Recommend and exploit potential products from market knowledge and data analysis
- Execute all merchandising processes, from sourcing, issuing orders, expediting order confirmation, pricing and monitoring sales performance
- Communicate with Operations, Marketing, and Logistics departments to monitor the implementation quality and overall effectiveness and sell-through of merchandise.
- Analyze market trends to forecast upcoming product demands and potential sales volumes.
- Monitor sales, stock level, merchandise distribution, replenishment & consolidation to ensure sufficient stock level in stores
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in a business-related discipline
- At least 5 years' experience in sourcing and buying in the retail industry
- Experience in the Hong Kong retail market
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
