Assistant Human Resources Officer (Up to $25K, payroll, recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR services, including Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Performance Management, and Payroll duties
  • Handle full recruitment cycle from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and orientation for HK and China Staff
  • Prepare and update various HR related reports in a quality and timely manner
  • Plan and execute employee relations activities

Requirements:

  • High Diploma holder or above in HR management or related discipline
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry/sizable company
  • Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance and the HRIS System
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, strong Excel skills in an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
