Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of HR services, including Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Performance Management, and Payroll duties
- Handle full recruitment cycle from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and orientation for HK and China Staff
- Prepare and update various HR related reports in a quality and timely manner
- Plan and execute employee relations activities
Requirements:
- High Diploma holder or above in HR management or related discipline
- 2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry/sizable company
- Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance and the HRIS System
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, strong Excel skills in an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
