Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our phonics projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and manage project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
Maintain project documentation and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the education industry, preferably in phonics education.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficient in project management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
