Responsibilities:
- Handle courier arrangements, distribution of office materials
- Provide administrative support to team includes data entry, photocopying, filing, and other administration duties
- Assist communication with clients and authorities
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- 3 years related work experience is preferred.
- Well organised, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel & Word
- Good command of English & Cantonese
