Job Responsibilities:
Support full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Training;
Support recruitment activities: draft and post job advertisement, arrange interview and on-boarding administration;
Maintain accurate personal data in HR system;
Assist in training coordination and prepare training material and training analysis;
Provide routine and ad hoc HR admin support.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
With Human Resources Internship Experience
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with tight deadline;
Diligent, independent and detail-minded
