Responsibilities:
Provide internal administrative support to the department, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, arranging business travel, processing expenses, facilitating training, and supporting inter-departmental logistics.
Assist with project administration tasks, such as maintaining financial records, providing procurement support, coordinating project meetings, preparing reports, data entry, and documentation.
Support ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Relevant experience gained in financial institutions or large organizations, with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
Independent, self-motivated, and possessing strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing).
Experience working in a dynamic, multinational team environment is a plus.
