Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to clients in terms of servicing, repairing, installation maintenance;
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS;
- Handle basic networking issues;
- Answer customers' inquiries
Requirements :
- Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ;
- Able to read & write Chinese and English;
- Candidates with Engineering knowledge or relevant job experience is preferred
Employment Terms:
- Mon to Fri: 5:00PM-9:00PM / 1:00PM-9:00PM
- 5 working days per week
- 4-8 working hours per day
