Responsibilities:
- Responsible for in-house technical support and reporting;
- Handle end user requests and provide helpdesk support;
- Troubleshoot system and network problems;
- Perform hardware and software installation and configuration; and
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Will be assigned at client's office
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Immediate available is preferred
Working Location:
Employment Terms:
- Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM
- 5 working days per week
- 8 working hours per day
