Responsibilities:
- To perform customer services duties at concierge desk and provide assistance to Bell Captain in luggage and related matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 1 year's relevant customer services working experience
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
