Project Manager (7 Months contract, up to 40k)
Working Location: Sha Tin
Working Time: 9:30 am -18:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $230/ per hour
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the planning, development and execution of the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival's programme and event
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all festival of activities
· Coordinate with artists, performers and contractors
· Work with the marketing team and come up with promotional strategies to maximize festival participation and audience engagement
· Manage project timelines, budgets forecast and report effectively, and drive tangible and measurable results against set goals
· Monitor and evaluate each festival programme and identify area for improvement and adjustments
Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
· 10 years of work experience in performance venues, art groups, etc.
· Grade C/Level 4 of Chinese & English in HKDSE/HKCEE
· Good written and spoken Chinese and English
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
