Responsibilities:
- Handle administration works (i.e. Account Booking, Cover Note, Quotation Slip, agreement, Schedule & Addendum...etc)
- Monitor and follow up the outstanding documents and correspondence
- Handle enquiries from clients, and provide professional advice
- To develop and maintain good relationship with potential and current clients
- Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of clients and/or supervisor
- To coordinate and support marketing and business development activities
- Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- University graduate or related subjects
- 3 years of experience in Finance/insurance industry (Fresh graduates / candidates with less experience will also be considered)
- With IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Salary: $18,000 - 25,000 per month
Working hours: 09:00 am - 05:45 pm
Working location: Admiralty
