Our client is s a leading provider of a web-based platform that empowers businesses and startups to create and manage their digital marketplaces. This platform offers a comprehensive suite of features including inventory and order management, payment infrastructure setup, analytics and marketing trackers, and customer relationship management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new plans and strategies to increase the logistics business volume from merchants.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly logistics KPIs, analyzing and reporting the results to management.
- Collect, verify, and analyze market data, and proactively gather market intelligence to understand competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage daily logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery progress and provide a positive experience for merchants and their consumers.
- Review and implement cooperation plans based on internal and partner needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with domestic customers, including client visits and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a management position, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, good judgment, and strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Experience in 3PL/4PL and outbound logistics.
- Immediate availability or short notice period would be advantageous.
