Our client, a leading insurance company, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Client Service and Sales Support professional in Macau.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the administration department to ensure efficient and effective communication between the Manager, the entire sales team, collaborators, and VIP clients.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team.
- Gather customer feedback on products from the sales team and utilize PowerPoint and Photoshop to design and modify presentation materials and product leaflets.
- Conduct market research, collect information on competitors' products, perform comparative analysis, and report findings to the manager to establish selling points and strategies.
- Accompany the manager to business meetings or independently attend meetings to maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Preferably reside in Macau.
- Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Availability for short notice or immediate start is advantageous.
