Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide professional and efficient customer service support , including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
· Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
· Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
· Working Hours: 2-4 days per week, Flexible

· 透過電話為客戶提供服務，包括處理查詢及安排緊急維修
· 跟進客戶之要求及編排維修工作予前線技術員
· 資料輸入及簡單文書工作
· 工作時間：每星期 2-4 日，彈性時間
Requirements
· Form 5 or above
· Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
· Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English. Putonghua is an added advantage
· Good knowledge of Microsoft applications software and Chinese Word Processing
· University students / fresh graduates are welcome
· Work location is Quarry Bay
· Immediate available an advantage

· 工作地點為鰂魚涌
