Customer Service Executive - Part time (PORSCHE- F041)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer touchpoints fulfill internal customer service standards
- Provide administrative support to Sales team to facilitate a smooth operation and comply with audit requirements
- Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the reception
- Support Showroom events and Car shows to be organized smoothly
- Perform Cashier role to verify the payment amount, and collect the payment accurately and faultlessly
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Able to work at least 3 days per week
- Working location: Wan Chai
Requirements:
- Degree holder or any related disciplines
- 2 years’ experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field will be an advantage
- Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and Self-motivated
- Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Shift duty is required
