Responsibilities:
- Be the direct contact point to serve and provide professional advice on after sales service to our Porsche customers
- Follow through the whole services processes and ensure customer satisfaction level
- Coordinate with different parties, e.g. workshop, parts, Reception for a smooth and efficient delivery process
- Handle the related quotation, invoices which should be aligned with Principal and audit requirements
- Assist in daily operation of the workshop and reception in centre
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Working Location: Hung Hom
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- With working experience in automotive after sales service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Aggressive with proven track record of achieving sales target
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Shift duty is required
