What will you do?
- Assist in providing quality property management services in a landmark commercial property
- Manage good relationship with tenants; communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
- Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services
- Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
- Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Do you have a right profile?
- Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Presentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is definitely an asset
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
