職責:
- 協助管理商場的客戶服務中心工作,包括處理訪客查詢,禮品兌換,泊車優惠等
- 協助商場推廣活動,以及維持物業日常運作
- 協助服務處指派的職務
What will you do?
- Assist to manage the Customer Care Counter in shopping center, duties include handling enquiries of shoppers and visitors, gifts redemption, parking administration and relevant duties in counter
- Support promotional activities and daily operations of property
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned from management services office
職位要求:
- 文憑或以上學歷程度
- 積極主動及致力提供優質服務
- 具備良好溝通技巧
- 操流利的廣東話、基本英文及普通話及基本中英文書寫者優先
- 歡迎應屆畢業生或其他行業人士加入
* 經驗較少的應聘者將考慮為助理客戶服務主任
Do you have a right profile?
- Diploma or above in all disciplines
- Pleasant personality and service-oriented
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are necessary
- Fresh graduate and other industry professionals will also be considered
* Less experience candidate may be considered for the post of Assistant Customer services Officer
