Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our brand visual development, packaging design, and product photography. This role works closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver consistent and engaging brand visuals across all channels.
Job Description
* Design online and offline marketing materials, including posters, banners, packaging, social media content, and in-store promotional materials.
* Support new product launches, festive campaigns, and brand collaborations by developing key visuals (KV) and related creative assets for social media.
* Handle basic product photography and simple photo retouching for marketing use.
* Assist in simple video editing (e.g. Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu short videos) to enhance brand exposure.
* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure all designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
* Organize and manage design files and image assets, helping to build and maintain a brand asset library.
* Liaise with external printers and vendors to follow up on production quality and timelines when required.
Requirements
* At least 2 year of relevant experience in graphic design or marketing design; experience in F&B or retail brands is an advantage.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
* Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and brand aesthetics.
* Familiar with social media design specifications (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
* Basic photography and video editing skills are preferred.
* Responsible, able to meet deadlines, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Good communication skills and a team player; open to feedback from retail frontline and marketing teams.
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
* Portfolio submission is required for evaluation of creativity and brand fit.
Salary & Location
Salary: HKD 16,000 – 20,000 (depending on experience)
