崗位職責 / Responsibilities：
1. 負責提供日式風格美髮服務，包括剪髮、洗髮、頭皮護理、染髮、燙髮、拉直、漂髮及造型等，並確保服務質量符合公司標準。
Provide Japanese-style hair services, including but not limited to haircuts, hair washing, head spa, hair coloring, hair perming, hair straightening, hair bleaching, and hair styling, ensuring service quality meets company standards.
2. 為顧客提供專業的服務前諮詢及服務後護理建議，提升顧客滿意度與回訪率。
Provide professional pre-service consultation and aftercare advice to customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat visits.
3. 按公司要求完成指定的美髮服務時間安排及工作地點服務，配合門店營運需要。
Complete hair salon services according to the company’s assigned schedule and location, in line with operational needs.
4. 負責準備及管理與工作相關的器材、用品及化學產品，包括染髮產品、燙髮藥水、髮膠、護髮油、洗髮水、護髮素及髮蠟等。
Prepare and manage all necessary equipment, materials, and products related to the services, including but not limited to coloring products, perming chemicals, hair spray, hair oil, hair milk, shampoo, conditioner, and hair wax.
5. 協助進行日式美髮技術的教育與培訓，分享專業技巧，提升團隊整體技術水平。
Provide Japanese barber and hairstyling education and training to improve the team’s technical standards.
任職資格 / Qualifications：
1. 具備日式髮型設計與操作能力，能熟練完成日式剪髮、染髮、燙髮及頭皮護理等服務。
Able to perform Japanese-style haircuts, coloring, perming, head spa, hair washing, and hair treatment.
2. 具備髮廊產品管理及基礎營運配合能力，能妥善管理和使用相關產品與工具。
Capable of managing salon products and supporting daily salon operations.
3. 具備日式理髮師或髮型師相關證照，並完成至少 1 年理髮專業培訓。
Holder of a Japanese barber license, with at least 1 year of professional barber training completed.
4. 具備基本英語溝通能力，並能使用基本日語進行工作交流。
Able to speak basic English and basic Japanese.
5. 具備良好的服務意識、溝通能力及責任心，能配合公司安排並維持專業形象。
Having a good sense of service, communication skills and a sense of responsibility, and being able to cooperate with the company's arrangements while maintaining a professional image.
