Our client is a NGO aiming for quality eye care and sight-restoring opportunities, through fundraising, community engagement, and public support, we are looking for a team supervisor to drive meaningful programs that improve lives and strengthen communities to join their fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Compliance
- Support campaign planning, forecasting and performance improvement initiatives
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance, quality standards and professionalism
- Manage and resolve complaints in accordance with organisational policies
- Monitor team performance and fundraising quality, providing feedback for improvement
- Lead on campaign logistics, supplier coordination and fundraising materials
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain reporting tools and support incentive and recognition programs Coach and support fundraisers through field observation and best practice sharing
- Identify development needs and recommend training or recognition opportunities
- Track and analyse fundraising results, including donor acquisition, donation value and retention
Requirements
- Tertiary education or equivalent qualification preferred
- Sounded fundraising experiences, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Experience leading fundraising teams and managing performance against targets
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop team members
- Experience working in fast-paced or lean team environments
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in engaging with diverse teams and adapting communication styles
