Social Media & HR Intern

Social Media & Content Creation:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads).

• Design graphics, short videos, and copywriting materials to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Monitor social media trends and analytics to help optimize our digital strategy.

Human Resources Support:

• Support the HR team with full-cycle recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.

• Help coordinate internal employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.

• Maintain and update internal HR databases, documentation, and onboarding materials with high confidentiality.

Current Undergraduate Student: Enrolled in a Hong Kong tertiary institution (preferred disciplines: Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields).

Digital Savvy: Familiar with major social media platforms and basic content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva).

Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.

Availability: Able to commit to at least 2 to 3 days per week (flexible working hours during semesters, with potential for full-time during summer/winter breaks).
