Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level)

What You Will Do

• Executive Search & Sourcing: Proactively source, track, and headhunt high-caliber candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and direct cold outreach.

• Business Development & Pitching: Identify business opportunities, map out industry markets, and connect with decision-makers (Hiring Managers, VPs, Directors) to pitch our talent solution services.

• Candidate Screening & Qualification: Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, career motivations, and culture fit before managing them through the hiring pipeline.

• Deal Closing & Relationship Management: Act as the strategic advisor between clients and candidates, negotiating offers, closing deals, and managing expectations every step of the way.
