工作地點 Location: 柴灣安力工業中心 Honour Industrial Centre, Chai Wan
工作期 Period: 星期一至星期五 (即日至9月中) Every Monday – Friday (now to mid-Sep)
工作時間 Working Hours: 上午8時至下午6時 (包1小時午飯) 8am–6pm (1hour meal break included)
主要職責 What you'll do:
- 負責朱古力月餅生產線工作，包括朱古力製作、備料、包餡、壓模、烘焙及包裝等工序
Make chocolate mooncakes; including preparation, fillings, mould, baking, packing
- 需應付高強度生產，搬運及處理大量原材料(如麵粉、糖漿、餡料等)，體力要求高
Heavy lifting of ingredients (flour, syrup, fillings, etc.)
- 協助出貨、執貨及整理凍房
Help with shipping, order picking, and cold storage
- 閱讀及理解英文包裝標籤、生產指示及食品安全指引
Able to read English labels, instructions, and safety guides
- 與外籍主管或同事以基本英語溝通生產流程
Communicate in basic English with foreign supervisors/colleagues
- 保持工場及設備清潔衛生
Keep workshop and equipment clean
職位要求 What we need:
- 有朱古力製作，月餅生產或餅房工作經驗，熟手優先考慮
Experience in chocolate/ bakery/mooncake production (preferred)
- 具備基本英文讀寫及會話能力，能看懂英文食材標籤及簡單工作指令
Basic English reading & speaking (labels & simple instructions)
- 能適應節奏急促環境，做事快手、有責任心
Fast-paced, quick, responsible
- 體格強健，能勝任重複性搬抬工作，刻苦耐勞
Physically strong for repeated lifting
- 需具備團隊合作精神，服從上司指示
Team player with positive attitude, follow instructions
- 一般粵語，能讀寫中文
Cantonese speaking; can read/write Chinese
