客戶經理/ Account Manager（家居護理Homecare）

工作內容/ Responsibilities include：

• 跟進所有居家照護諮詢，並負責從初次接觸到服務轉化的完整銷售週期。Manage and follow up on all home care inquiries, taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to service conversion.

• 了解每位客戶的個案狀況，評估並提供最合適的護理服務，以提升長者服務券持有人的身心健康。Get to know each client case and understand how we can provide the most suitable services to improve the wellbeing of the elderly voucher holder

• 與營運團隊密切協作，落實 CCSV 客戶的服務安排，確保為其配對最適切的家居護理方案。Work with Operations in fulfilling CCSV client jobs and ensuring we arrange the most suitable home care for them

• 代表 Evercare 與社會福利署保持緊密溝通與聯絡，確保服務完全符合「長者社區照顧服務券計劃」的各項指引及規範。Represent Evercare in liaising with Social Welfare Department to ensure we align with the Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) scheme for the Elderly

• 準確且準時地準備及處理與 CCSV 計劃相關的所有行政文件與申報程序。Prepare and process any paperwork in relations with the CCSV scheme in an accurate and timely manner

上班時間及地點 / Work Schedule & Location:

• 工作時間：輪班工作 09:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00。
  Shift Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00 (on roster).

• 工作制：5 天工作制，每週例假 2 天，星期一至日及公眾假期輪休。
  Roster: 5-day work week with 2 days off per week (rostered on weekends and public holidays).

• 工作地點：銅鑼灣區商業大廈，鄰近港鐵站。
  Location: Commercial building in Causeway Bay, conveniently located near the MTR station.

入職要求 / Requirements:

• 2 年或以上客戶服務／銷售經驗。
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or sales.

• 具備優秀的溝通和人際交往能力（包括中／英文口語及書寫）。
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

• 能熟練使用不同的電子應用程式及工作平台。
  Proficient in utilizing various digital applications and working platforms.

• 積極主動、善於利用資源，並樂於承擔責任，力求達成成果。
  Proactive, resourceful, and accountable with a strong drive to achieve results.

• 富有同理心，並致力於改善老年人及其家人的生活。
  Empathetic and deeply committed to improving the lives of the elderly and their families.

• 熟悉長者社區照顧服務券（CCSV）計劃者優先考慮。
  Familiarity with the Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) Scheme is highly advantageous.
