Job requirements:
- Degree Holder or equivalent
- Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCE
- At least 3 years of post qualification full time work experience including 2 years’ working experience in programme management, arts administration or film industry in Hong Kong
- Knowledge in moving images and film arts, marketing, programme planning and administration, venue management, etc. is preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing, especially in the local cultural scene, including content creation, social media management, audience engagement, etc. is preferred
- Working experience in film festivals or in the LCSD (Cultural Services Offices) is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good knowledge in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word-processing

Responsibilities:
- To support planning and organization of film presentations, including assisting with logistics of screening and events, and coordinating with distributor/ contractors/ curators/ organisations/ venue management on technical requirements, subtitling and distribution matters etc.
- To assist in promotion of film presentations, including preparation and distribution of publicity materials, supervising the design and production of poster, house-programmes, handouts, displays, banners and notices, internet and website promotion, and conducting liaison in respect of promotion and publicity
- To assist in setting up and managing new social media accounts to establish its online presence
- To develop and implement marketing campaigns for promoting programmes across various social media platforms, ensuring branding, audience engagement and timely content delivery
- To collaborate with internal teams and creative professionals to produce engaging content for social media platforms and to monitor new social media trends and tools that can help attract more viewers
- To support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, including printed publicity, event listings and website content; and
- To perform and other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior officers
