Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including precise monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Own the candidate experience by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing talent communications.
- Deliver seamless onboarding for new joiners and professional offboarding experiences.
- Manage and upgrade employee records using our advanced HR information systems.
Office Administration
- Oversee facilities, coordinate corporate events, and launch exciting internal culture programs.
- Liaise with global vendors and manage office insurance contracts.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of solid experience in HR or corporate administration.
- Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and local labor laws.
- Equipped with a strong growth mindset, thriving on multitasking and flawless attention to detail.
- Flawless written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to connect with our global team.
- Exceptional discretion when handling highly confidential information.
