Position: Temporary Clerical Assistant (Job 1641047)
Client: EDB – Fund Section of Finance Division of the Education Bureau
Employer: Matching Asia Limited
Contract period: 9 months, starting from July 2026
Working Location: the office at 15/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or such other offices/places as specified by the Government;
Salary: HK$15,180.00 per month
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week (including meal breaks), the actual daily working hours may be adjusted subject to the operational needs of the Government
Job Duties:
- To assist in inputting refund details to the computer system,
- To assist in checking payment documents against provident fund withdrawal application forms;
- To assist in delivering/collecting documents to/from various offices in different physical locations; and
- To provide clerical and administrative support as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
- (1) attained Level 2 or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent, or (2) attained Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and .
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; and
- Chinese word processing (倉頡/速成) speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of at least 30, preferably 50 words per minute
- Preferably have two aggregate years of related clerical working experience
- Must be able and willing to take up outdoor delivery work.
