Job Overview
Identify and develop potential markets and build relationships with potential customers
Serving as the first point of contact for customers, promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information to ensure a positive customer experience
Roles and Key Responsibilities
1. General Assistant
Generating new business opportunities
Assist in qualifying leads
Building relationships with potential clients
Act as the first point of contact for prospects
2. Technology Assistant
Research and test innovative tech solutions to support business development
Collaborate with the team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
Assist the Business Development team in troubleshooting technical issues, such as software setup and network connectivity
Configure and manage new technical tools or features to boost operational efficiency
Job Requirements
Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Excel, Word), and familiarity with AI and digital tools
Responsive and responsive to messages
Excellent time management and communication skills
Proactive, strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a strong work ethic
Proficient in English and strong social skills
Salary Range
Salary is calculated based on tasks and performance, with an hourly rate range of $50-$80.
