Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

賽馬事務處致力全面推動香港世界級賽馬運動，涵蓋所有核心範疇，馬匹進口與專業培訓，到賽馬日活動、馬術發展、馬匹福利、維護賽事公正，以及國際交流。隨著從化馬場及大灣區的發展，我們正把賽馬塑造成體育與社交娛樂兼備的嶄新體驗。
The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement. With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.
職責內容 The Job
- 操作餐飲部（F&B）倉庫／收貨櫃台
- 處理倉庫日常運作，包括發貨、收貨、退貨、調撥及系統記錄更新等
- 監控庫存水平，並安排補貨
- 與供應商及使用部門聯絡有關物料供應事宜，並編製庫存報告及統計數據
- 跟進採購訂單的送貨情況，與供應商及採購部協調
- 協助倉務主管／倉務員監察日常營運
- 就倉庫及收貨運作、職業健康與安全及食品安全提出改善建議並執行
- 主動提出措施以提升日常運作效率
- 與使用部門及供應商保持定期溝通，確保庫存供應充足
- 按 HACCP／ISO22000 標準及程序進行倉務及收貨運作
- Operate a Food & Beverage (F&B) Store / Receiving Counter
- Take up daily activities of stores issue, receipt, return, transfer and updated system record etc
- Monitor the stock level and arrange stock replenishment
- Liaise with suppliers and users on the matters relating to supply of stores and prepare stock reports and statistics
- Follow up Purchase Orders delivery with suppliers and Procurement
- Assist Stores Supervisor / Storekeepers to monitor daily operations
- Identify, recommend and implement improvement plan for store and receiving operations, occupational health & safety and food safety
- Provide initiative to improve daily operations efficiency
- Regular communication with users and suppliers on stock availability
- Follow the HACCP / ISO22000 standard and procedure in store and receiving operations
入職要求 About You
- 中五程度或以上
- 具5年相關工作經驗者優先
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 應用程式操作
- 具良好中英文書寫及溝通能力
- 具食品衛生或 HACCP／ISO22000 知識者優先
- F.5 standard or above
- 5 years relevant experience is preferred
- Hands-on experience in MS applications
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in food hygiene or HACCP/ ISO22000 knowledge is preferred
