Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club ("the Club") is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
有關部門 The Division
物業部致力於為馬會各主要業務部門提供專業的物業資產管理、設計管理、工程管理及設施管理服務。部門秉持以客為本的理念，致力推動高效運作，並重視可持續發展及成本效益，務求支持馬會業務穩健發展。
The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
工作性質 The Job
- 負責馬會建築設施的維修及保養工作，包括木器、金工、泥水、油漆、水務及渠務等。
- 監督及跟進承辦商的工作，監察並匯報其服務質素及工作進度，確保其工作符合馬會的指引及要求。
- 執行上司指派的工作及其他與馬會物業相關的任務。
- 需穿著制服，並須於星期六下午、星期日及公眾假期輪班當值；於特別活動或緊急事故時須配合加班工作。
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of the Club’s building facilities, including carpentry, metalwork, masonry, painting, plumbing and drainage, etc.
- Supervising and following up on contractors’ work, monitor and report on contractor service quality and work progress and ensure their work comply with Club’s guidelines and requirements.
- Carry out duties assigned by supervisors and other tasks related to the Club’s properties.
- Required to wear uniform and work on rotating shifts on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays; overtime work is required during special events or in case of emergency..
入職要求 About You
- 持有香港專業教育學院（IVE）頒發的建築學或樓宇維修相關證書，或具同等學歷。
- 至少五年木器／泥水／油漆／水務及渠務／金工或其他建築設施或樓宇維修相關工作經驗。
- 持有平安咭、建造業工人註冊證、學徒訓練證書或其他相關資格者更佳。
- 持有建造業議會（CIC）大工資歷（如：髹漆及裝飾工、細木工、砌磚工）者優先考慮。
- 持有香港政府機電工程署簽發的 A 級註冊電業工程人員資格。
- 具備基本中英文讀寫能力。
- Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or Building Maintenance issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of experience in carpentry / masonry / painting / plumbing & drainage / metalwork or other building facilities or building maintenance work.
- Possession of Safety Card, Construction Worker Registration Card, Apprenticeship Training Certificate or other relevant qualifications is an advantage.
- Possession of Construction Industry Council (CIC) Skilled Worker qualifications (e.g., Painter and Decorator, Joiner, Bricklayer) is preferred.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) issued by Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of Hong Kong Government.
- Basic Chinese and English reading and writing abilities.
