Title: Security Operation Center (SOC) Supervisor/Operator
Duty hours: 12 hours shift (4 days on with 2 days off)
Offer: HK$21,000 to 24,000.00/ Per Month

Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in large organizations; financial institutions, data centers, or critical infrastructure is preferred.
· Proven record of problem-solving and team leadership capabilities.
· Possess sound knowledge of security and operational concepts (prior knowledge of G4S AMAG, IP solutions, Verint CCTV system, Visitor Management System and constructional and electrical diagram reading will be viewed favorably).
· Familiar with computers, technical platforms and security systems/applications.
· Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and via phone) for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
· Comfortable with drafting and reviewing policies/procedures.
· Positive, can-do attitude and openness to new challenges.
· Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Report directly to On-site Security Manager
· Supervision of Security Operation Center personnel and ensure team adherence to client’s global/regional security standards and requirements for all duties.
· Drive team performance through motivation and routine training.
· Assist with drafting and annual review of Standard Operating Procedures.
· Coordinate security system operations, equipment repairs and maintenance with Physical and Technical Security teams.
· Monitor regional safety risks (i.e. severe weather) and communicate timely updates to stakeholders and Lines of Business as per SOP.
· Assign ad hoc/routine duties to team members and ensure proper planning of deployment rosters.
· Operate and monitor various security systems including access control, duress alarms, video surveillance and intrusion detection etc.
· Respond to system alarms with appropriate investigation, follow-up, documentation and reporting.
· Provide remote support to users, including access rights application and configuration.
· Manage enterprise access card production and administration.
· Motivate and guide the team to achieve common goals in line with client’s requirements.
· Maintain accurate records and provide routine updates to line managers.
Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Security Operation Center Operator.
